We are getting there. We're still copying data to the new system. It's quite a lot. Please give us three more hours.
Application maintenance is currently expected to require an additional 2 hours. The large amount of data to transfer is taking additional time.
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
Application maintenance is scheduled for Saturday, December 16th 2023, at 10am CST for infrastructure upgrades. We're anticipating downtime to be between 2-4 hours. Sorry for any inconvenience while we work to improve the platform.
